Most large device companies will turn away recent graduates or young professionals without any sales experience. At MRS Ortho LLC, we don’t believe in sales experience, we believe in people. We are looking for recent graduates or young professionals who:

MRS Ortho LLC offers a formal training program for recent graduates or young professionals.

Associate Sales Representative Program

The Associates Sales Representative Program is an 18-to-24-month training program that includes firsthand, formal anatomy training, device education and labs, one-on-one training with each MRS Ortho LLC team member, and sales education. Once an individual successfully graduates from the program, they will manage running their own book of business and keeping sales goals.
